PSCH, Inc., a leader in health and human services, is seeking a Job Developer
for their Mental Health Vocational Program. Will be responsible for generating
cleaning contracts and securing other competitive employment opportunities for
the MH population. Will act as a liaison to employers, employees, trainees and
Job Coaches. Will also be a resource to management providing ongoing program
evaluation and feedback. Will visit contractual sites to assess quality of work
and customer and staff needs. Must demonstrate a successful history of Job
Development outcomes and provide hands-on services when necessary.
High School Diploma required, BA preferred; and a minimum of three years
experience in job development, recruitment or related business experience. Must
have an outgoing personality, effective communication skills and a clean NY
State Driver`s License. Familiarity with Special needs populations a plus.
